The Transport Our trusty steed for the trip was supplied by Murray's Europcar in Dublin (cheapest through Auto Europe). It was supposed to be a Volkswagan Caravelle, a real proper mini-bus, but because we had a couple of cancellations prior to the trip, we were able to downsize to the much more comfortable Ford Galaxy. After much discussion, it was decided that our steed was to be called 'Bluntie', in honour of the crap song that kept coming onto the radio ever 20 mintues that Geoff would sacrifice a cat too. As Designated Driver, Leanne was in charge of our transportation for most of the trip, and with lots of gentle caressing and smoothing words, managed to coax Bluntie around the country with nere a scratch to be seen upon him. We will all have a special place in our hearts for Bluntie, and there are to many wonderful moments to relate. Alas we have but one clear photo of Bluntie, but it sums up his wonderful duty to us (and Leanne's parking ability). We love you Bluntie!!
